The Good Do It Right program consists of your basic furnace and AC equipment installation for new homes as well as replacement packages. It consists of an 80% efficient furnace and a 13 seer AC unit.
The Better Do It Right program includes high efficient equipment at an affordable rate to the homeowner. Cost savings averaged $47.00 per month in 2008. It consists of a 92.6% efficient furnace, a 13 seer AC unit, and a high efficient spaceguard air filtration kit.
The Best Do It Right program includes even more efficient equipment with additional circulatory air filtration set up for a cleaner breathing system that eliminates most dry areas of the home. It consists of a 95.5% efficient variable speed furnace, 14 seer AC unit, a humidifier, spaceguard filtration kit, and an HRV air recovery set-up for your home.
All homes built after March 2000 are required to include a fresh air inlet installation.
All program prices are subject to efficiency of equipment as well as Name Brand of equipment.
From these programs we then calculate ductwork, bath fans, kitchen exhaust vents, gas piping, and all other aspects that are to be included to make your home to your personal needs and comfort.
